– If the cancellation request is made after the specified cancellation deadline or if the customer fails to show up for the scheduled service appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

2.3. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

2.4. No refunds will be issued for the part already purchased, procured, used or fitted in the customer’s vehicle.

2.5. No refunds will be issued for the service(s) already provided/rendered to the customer.

3.1. Customers may request changes to their service appointments, such as rescheduling or modifying the booked services, subject to availability and any applicable terms and conditions.

3.2. Changes to appointments may be subject to additional charges or fees, which will be communicated to the customer prior to making the changes.
